I’m Rosy, a certified massage therapist based in Berkeley, California. My practice is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold deep wisdom, and that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and gently supported.

I offer massage as an invitation to soften into rest, into release, into yourself. Each session is shaped by your body’s needs in the moment, guided not by routine but by deep listening. Whether you're carrying stress, grief, tension, or simply the weight of being human, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.

Since graduating from San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork, I have completed further studies in Holistic Women’s Health with Deanna Batdorff of Dhyanna Essentials, as well as personalized myofascial and deep-tissue techniques to maximize pain and tension relief with Isabel Kelley of OneSoma. You can expect a session to include a unique combination of soothing Swedish massage, targeted deep tissue and myofascial release work, lymphatic care, and stretching. Upon request I can also incorporate cupping, hot stones, and/or gua sha.
