I’m Rosy, a certified massage therapist based in Berkeley, California. My practice is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold deep wisdom, and that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and gently supported.

I offer massage as an invitation to soften into rest, into release, into yourself. Each session is shaped by your body’s needs in the moment, guided not by routine but by deep listening. Whether you're carrying stress, grief, tension, or simply the weight of being human, this is a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone.

I studied at San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork, and completed a Holistic Women’s Health training with Deanna Batdorff of Dhyanna Essentials. You can expect a session to include a unique combination of soothing Swedish massage, targeted deep tissue and myofascial release work, lymphatic care, and stretching. Upon request I can also incorporate cupping, hot stones, and/or gua sha.

My practice is affirming and inclusive. I welcome and celebrate clients of all body types, all gender identities, and all sexual orientations. This is a place where you’re not just accepted, you’re honored, exactly as you are.​​
